ReviewFirstly, we will review the fire engineering reports and project specifications. This helps to identify any special requirements that may not be documented on the tender drawings. | QuantifyAt this stage, we review, measure and take-off the drawings. Depending on your requirements, we can also obtain your preferred supplier pricing on your behalf. We compile cost sheets with client rates and margin, and a tender letter with relevant clarifications and exclusions. | SubmitWhen finalised you will receive fully editable documents including marked-up plans with quantity legends, cost sheets, tender letter and supplier pricing. Hourly rates and margins can be adjusted by you before submitting to the client. We also review the tender with you, and make any further adjustments, if required. |
